Work Package 4: TOOLKIT REFINEMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION (Months 30-36)

Led by: All PIs and with the support of MV, ITASTRA and COSPE.

The team will meticulously review and fine-tune the content of the "Toolkit for Action" based on feedback and insights gathered during WP3.This toolkit will be tailored for dissemination to policy, media, and educational institutions, serving as a resource for staff development training aimed at raising awareness.

WP4 – Phase 1: Refinement of Toolkit:

This process will ensure that the toolkit is comprehensive, accessible, and practical for its intended audiences.

WP4 – Phase 2: Provision Program Development

An ongoing provision program of online workshops and You Tube training videos will be developed to complement the toolkit. The You Tube videos will serve as supplementary resources, offering step-by-step instructions and practical tips for implementation. The training workshops will offer in-depth training sessions to stakeholders on utilising the toolkit effectively in their respective contexts.

Deliverables - WP4

1. Training Programme: This will consist of the Toolkit for Action, online training workshops and the YouTube training videos that will aim to provide guidance on utilising the toolkit. An online learning management system platform like Blackboard will be used to store the training modules and to facilitate further access to interested users. The website will provide an interface where participants can sign up. The training programme will also be promoted through the networks of our associated partners.
2. All dissemination activities planned for delivery during for 36 months project framework will be delivered.
